Local Eatingventures

I haven't done much traveling since my last post six months ago, well none actually. But I have been doing a lot of eating locally, to the tune of six extra pounds. Ugh!
So I thought I post a shout out to some of them. First, and my most favorite, is Seaweed Restaurant in Belleair Bluffs, Florida. @seaweedgrill Some favorites of me and my family are cedar plank roasted salmon, topped with honey-rum glaze/cucumber dill on top of jasmine rice. Or try the bacon-wrapped twin filet mignon with a demi-glaze and asparagus. My ultimate favorite is the charcoal-grilled chicken, stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto and topped with a champagne mushroom sauce. Top it all of with the blueberry lemon drop drink served with dry ice to make it extra bubbly.
